Hi! I’m Gabriella Regina Terhes, formerly known as Gabriella T. Karlsson, Newborn Care Specialist, Postpartum Doula, and Sleep Trainer.

Born and raised in Szeged, Hungary, my journey in this field has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to assist countless mothers as they embrace the beautiful yet challenging journey of parenthood. Throughout my career, I have cared for a diverse range of families, including those with singletons, preemies, twins, and triplets. My focus is on ensuring that parents feel well-rested and confident in their parenting skills. I understand that many first-time parents may have never held a baby or changed a diaper, so I actively involve them in every aspect of care.

I am also passionate about supporting breastfeeding mothers as they navigate any challenges that arise post-delivery. At the same time, I provide loving support to families who choose to bottle-feed or formula-feed their babies. My commitment to you as your Newborn Care Specialist is to offer non-judgmental support, guidance, and education as you embark on the early months of parenthood.
