Review — Gen 2 Prototype “We really liked the material but the decorations/puffy paint wouldn’t stay on/fell off. We preferred the zipper version to the knotted/tie version. After a while they stretched out a little and wouldn’t stay tucked in/wrapped. But overall they are great for newborns and made sleep easier.”

“Thank you so much for your feedback, I really appreciate it! What you tried was the Gen 2 prototype, not the final MiMiSwaddy™, and we’ve fixed those issues since.
The puffy paint was just a trial. After you mentioned it to me, I never used it again. I didn’t have a heat press at the time to set it into the fabric, and the new version doesn’t have it at all.
I’m so glad you preferred the zipper! The final MiMiSwaddy has an extra-long 24-inch zipper, longer than the one you had. We’re also including a laundry bag to protect the premium, sensitive fabric in the wash.

As a first time mom, I tried so many different swaddles from so many different brands, and no matter what I did, my daughter would always manage to wiggle her arms out and wake herself up. It was so frustrating!
